A native of Pacific Grove, Tracy earned her Bachelor's degree from Cal Poly Pomona with a dual emphasis in Professional Sales and Marketing Management. 

Having been in the real estate industry since 2004, Tracy has experienced many of the complexities of this ever changing market.  A licensed Broker, Tracy handled over 120 transactions in 2010 alone, allowing her to witness and understand the challenges of a multitude of transactions including probate, short sales, and foreclosures.
